By accessing or using the OEE Online Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
Users must keep credentials confidential. Any activity under your user profile is your responsibility. You agree to notify administrators immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
This platform is designed for authorized operational tracking, shift reporting, and OEE performance metrics. Unauthorized penetration testing, reverse engineering, scraping, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform, including all components, charts, workflows, styles, and software logic, remains the intellectual property of PixWingAI. Custom reporting styles and database schemas are proprietary.
5. Service Availability
We strive for maximum system uptime for live PLC dashboards, but maintenance, server restarts, or network disruptions can occur. PixWingAI is not liable for operational downtime resulting from telemetry lags or brief network outages.
